Great find for the garden

I was looking for some eco-friendly garden gifts and stumbled upon Beebombs. I bought the Beebombs Gift Set for my sister, and it was a hit. I also picked up a couple of their original beebombs bags for myself. The multi-buy savings on the bags were a nice surprise; it really made the purchase feel worthwhile. I'm always trying to find ways to help local pollinators, and this seemed like a practical and affordable option. The seeds are supposed to be native UK species, which is good. Felt like a smart purchase for the price.

Good value, minor delivery issue

I purchased a 5-bag bundle of the pollinator friendly seed mix. The overall value was quite good with the bundle discount, making the price per bag reasonable. The seedballs themselves seem well-made and were easy to scatter. My only slight complaint was that the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, about 7 days to reach me in California. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, which was a plus. I'd consider buying again for the quality, but perhaps ordering a bit earlier next time.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third time ordering from Beebombs. I got the 10 bag bundle discount on the native wildflower seedballs this time, which is always a good deal. As usual, the order arrived without any fuss, and the products were exactly as expected. I've had good success with their seeds growing in my garden from previous purchases, so I keep coming back. It's nice to know I'm getting reliable quality every time.

Hey, anyone know if they do free shipping if I buy a bunch? Looking to grab like 10 bags for a community garden.

J Jacob Parker 1 week ago
Pretty sure bulk orders get free shipping. I got a 5-pack bundle a while back and it was free, so 10 bags should definitely qualify.

Yeah, they incentivize bigger orders. You'll probably see the shipping cost drop off at checkout once you hit a certain amount, or just look for their bundle deals, those usually include it.

can you use more than one discount code at once? I have a newsletter one and saw something about a seasonal sale.

J Jessica H. 3 weeks ago
Nah, pretty sure it's one code per order. Most places are like that online.

I tried stacking once and it didn't work. They mostly do automatic discounts for bundles anyway, so those just apply when you add enough to your cart, no code needed usually.

Thinking of getting these for a school project, do they actually grow well in pots or do I need a big garden?

L Linda Phillips 1 month ago
Yeah they work in pots! I used them in some window boxes last year and got a decent little patch of flowers. Just make sure the pot is big enough.

I've heard they can, but I think they do better in the ground with more space. For a school thing, maybe try a mix of both if you can?

Are these really different from the stuff you get from like Thompson & Morgan? Is it worth the extra money?

H Hannah Robinson 2 weeks ago
I think the big difference is these are all native UK species and pre-packaged as seedballs, which makes them easier to just scatter. T&M has a huge range, but Beebombs are specifically for pollinators and super easy.

Yeah, I'd say the 'native' aspect is key. Plus, the clay ball thing is supposed to protect them from birds better than just loose seeds. It's more about convenience and targeted bee support, I guess.
